Slugbotics

Slugbotics is a student-run robotics team at UC Santa Cruz that welcomes members from all academic backgrounds to explore engineering through hands-on robot design and construction. The group participates in national robotics competitions, providing students with practical experience in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering while fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. Members can join existing project teams or start their own, with no prior technical experience required and supportive courses available in the fall to help newcomers develop their skills.
